Napa PD: Stolen Guns Still Missing After Second Arrest

Police have arrested a second man in connection with an April burglary in Napa’s “Alphabet Streets” neighborhood, according to a media log released by the :
On 4-25-11 at about 1517 hours, residents in the 1600 block of E St called police to report a burglary with multiple items including a safe with several handguns; a television; jewelry; and a laptop computer. The burglary had been just discovered. The victim suspected a former roommate, Daniel Gary Coles (28 yrs Transient). During the subsequent investigation, officers located some of the stolen property at an acquaintance of Coles’, Christopher Foust (32 yrs Napa resident). Based on witnesses’ interviews and evidence at the scene, Foust was placed under arrest on that date. Coles was not located. On 5-1-11 at about 1517 hours, Coles was located at an apartment in the 1600 block of Pueblo Ave and arrested. The stolen handguns have not yet been recovered.
Coles faces charges of burglary and possession of stolen property, according to the log.
