Napa PD: 21-Gun Salute Today

Don't be alarmed if you hear gunshots this afternoon: A military funeral is taking place in the heart of town.

A military funeral at the on G Street is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday afternoon, according to a community advisory from the :

There will be a full military honor guard and a 21-gun salute. The 21-gun salute will take place on the front lawn area located on the G Street side of the church.

If you hear what appear to be gun shots in the area, it is most likely from this service.
