"Most Wanted" Suspect Returned to Napa From L.A. Jail

John Jovani Garcia was in "Most Wanted" system since 2009.

A man who made Napa County's "Most Wanted" list in 2009 was arrested in Los Angeles County on the Napa County warrant and returned to Napa County Department of Corrections on Monday.

John Jovani Garcia, 26, had been entered into the old "Most Wanted" system on Aug. 14, 2009, accordng to Napa Valley Crime Stoppers.

He was originally wanted on a felony bench warrant for violation of probation on two charges:  lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years; and selling marijuana to a minor.
