Napa Man Jailed in Assault with Tongs, Police Say
Scott Allen Lesher, 32, was arrested Wednesday evening on Golden Gate Drive after allegedly hitting another man in the head with barbeque tongs and causing a laceration, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
A 32-year-old Napa man was arrested Wednesday at about 8 p.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon — barbeque tongs — and violating probation, according to a shift activity log from the :
PD Officers responded to a residence on Golden Gate Dr to a report of a disturbance.
A male adult victim alleged Scott Allen Lesher (2/4/80) of Napa and he were in an argument.

During the argument the victim alleges that Lesher struck the victim in the head with a pair of BBQ tongs causing a laceration.
Evidence was developed at the scene supporting the allegation. Lesher was located in the area and placed under arrest.

The incident violated the current probation terms for Lesher and he was booked into .
