Napa Man Jailed for Meth, Police Say
Julian Costilla, 40, was stopped while riding his bicycle Wednesday evening. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
A 40-year-old Napa man was arrested Wednesday shortly after 5 p.m. on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and a pipe and for violating parole, according to a shift activity log from the City of Napa Police Department:
Julian Costilla (3/10/72) of Napa was stopped for a traffic violation while riding his bicycle in the area of Franklin and Sycamore St. Costilla was confirmed to be on current CDC parole.
Costilla was found to be in possession of a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine and a small amount of methamphetamine.

Costilla was arrested and booked into and a parole hold was issued for a violation of his parole terms.
