Napa Man Arrested on Suspicion of Domestic Battery

48-year-old taken into custody shortly after Noon Monday.

Napa Police arrested 48-year-old Cecil Orrick of Napa on suspicion of domestic battery at 12:17 p.m Monday afternoon.

According to a Napa Police shift activity log, Orrick got in a civil dispute over a vehicle with the victim, and ripped car keys out of hand causing a minor injury. He was located on the 500 block of Silverado Trail and taken into custody.
