Napa Man Arrested for Threats

A man threatening to shoot three other residents at his Napa home was arrested Tuesday night, Napa police said.

Officers responded to the 1600 block of Ora Drive at 10:56 p.m. after receiving reports that the man was threatening to shoot the other residents, according to police.

Jose Ochoa, Jr., 50, was arrested on suspicion of making terrorist threats, police said. No gun was found.
