Napa Fugitives Arrested in Vallejo, Los Angeles
Two men recently named to the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers wanted list have been taken into custody: Kyle Lombardi in Vallejo and Mark Kuhlman in Los Angeles County, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office.
One Napa fugitive got as far as Los Angeles County before falling afoul of the law again, according to the , which announced last week that Mark Matthew Kuhlman was taken into custody by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department July 23.
Kuhlman, 49, had been named to the list July 19 as wanted for felony violation of probation/threats, dissuading a witness and using a weapon during commission of a felony.

Another recently-listed fugitive, Kyle Adam Lombardi, was arrested by the Vallejo Police Department July 24, according to the Napa sheriff's office.
Lombardi, 29, was July 12 as wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
