Napa Fugitives Arrested in Other Counties
The latest update from Napa Valley Crime Stoppers, reporting the arrests of three fugitives in Lake, Santa Cruz and Alameda counties this week.
The following fugitives, named earlier to the wanted list, have been taken into custody, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office:
FAULKENBERY, Charles (DOB: 06-18-1971) was arrested by the Lake County Sheriff’s Department August 2. He was for felony theft by using access card.

MILLS, Krystal Lynn (DOB: 06-07-1983) was arrested by the Santa Cruz Police Department July 31. She was for felony possession of a narcotic controlled substance and providing false information to a peace office.
SCROGGINS, Tracy Lynn (DOB: 10-06-1975) was arrested by the San Leandro Police Department July 31. She was for felony possession of a controlled substance.
