Felony Fugitive Jailed after Taking a Leak, Napa Cops Say
After a report that someone was urinating into the bushes on Eggleston Street, 49-year-old Michael Teeters was found to have an outstanding felony warrant, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
Two of the men listed on last week's Napa Valley Crime Stoppers wanted list have been taken into custody, authorities say.

On 5-18-12 at 1213 hours, officers were dispatched to subjects urinating in the bushes in the 1200 block of Eggleston.
Michael Teeters, 6-24-62 Transient, was located and found to have a felony Napa County warrant. He was arrested and booked.

Teeters was listed last week by as wanted for violation of probation for possession of a dangerous weapon.
On Sunday, the reports without details, Kendrick Stan Comstock was arrested. He had been listed by Crime Stoppers as wanted for felony violation of probation on possession of a controlled substance.
