Napa Fugitive Arrested on Thanksgiving

A Napa County drug offender wanted since March has been rearrested, according to a booking report from the Napa County Department of Corrections.

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers can drop another name from its wanted list with the arrest Thanksgiving Day of fugitive Steven Tomas Hubbard, 41.

Listed in March as wanted for felony violation of his probation for possessing a controlled substance, Hubbard was arrested Thursday just after 5 p.m. in the 1100 block of Main Street in Napa, according to a booking report from the Napa County Department of Corrections.

This was Hubbard's third arrest as a Crime Stoppers fugitive since November, 2011.

I get the same issues on two different computers at different homes as well as my iPad that is logged on anywhere. Pretty sure it is not on my end. There are far too many things that are a step down from previous site. Examples: Can't seperate paragraphs in comments, no "reply" option on comments makes it difficult to know who is responding to whom, itty-bitty profile avatars smaller than a pea, green on everything makes features less distinguishable, on and on.
