Napa Drug Agents Arrest 6, Seize 120 Pot Plants in Linda Vista Avenue Bust

On Thursday, August 30th, at approximately 11:30 am, NSIB agents served a search warrant at 3422 Linda Vista Avenue, in the City of Napa and arrested five residents, and one additional male subject claiming to be from El Centro, California.

NSIB agents obtained a search warrant after observing an outdoor marijuana garden at 3422 Linda Vista Avenue.
During the investigation, Agents determined that the occupants were not in compliance with California’s Compassionate Use Act (H&S, 11362.5).

During execution of the search warrant, Agents located and seized over 120 mature marijuana plants, a loaded .38 caliber handgun, a loaded double barreled 12-gauge shotgun and approximately one ounce of methamphetamine.
Agents arrested five residents of the house and a visitor, according to the news release:
Eric Holt, 43 on suspicion of marijuana cultivation, possession of marijuana for sale, committing a felony while on bail, possession of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a firearm
Dawn Harrah, 37 on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and possession of a controlled substance for sale
Bryan Brundege, 23 on suspicion of marijuana cultivation, possession of marijuana for sale and being armed in the commission of a felony
Kimberly Shaver, 19 on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and possession of marijuana for sale
Juan Paniagua, 40 on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and possession of marijuana for sale
Lyle Cooper, 46 on a warrant and parole hold, according to the news release.
Paniagua gave his hometown as El Centro, agents said, while the other suspects resided at the house where the marijuana was growing.
