Napa Couple Accused of Robbing, Beating, Threatening Neighbor

David Molina, 21 and his girlfriend Amber Arthur, 19, were arrested Tuesday night after a Laurel Street neighbor said they bullied and beat him into handing over money and property, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate conviction

A 21-year-old Napa man and his 19-year-old girlfriend face more than half a dozen criminal charges, including conspiracy, making terrorist threats, assault with a deadly weapon and robbery, after a neighbor told police they bullied, beat and robbed him, according to the latest crime log from the :

On 8-28-12 at 0756 hours Victim came to the NPD to report an assault. Victim lives in the 1900 block of Laurel Street in the City of Napa.

Victim alleged that on 7-29-12 his neighbor, suspect David Molina (21 year old Napa resident), threatened great bodily injury if Victim did not give him money. Victim feared for his safety and gave Molina some money. 

Victim alleged on 8-27-12 Molina physically battered him (Victim). Victim fell to the ground as a result of the attack. Molina’s girlfriend, suspect Amber Arthur (19 year old Napa resident), reportedly attempted to steal Victim’s wallet during the attack. Molina reportedly used verbal slurs during the assault referring to Victim’s perceived sexual orientation.

Victim alleged on 8-28-12 Molina again threatened to batter Victim if he did not bring him a piece of property. Victim feared for his safety and gave Molina the piece of property. Molina then attacked and battered the Victim causing visible injury.

Victim attempted to call the police but Molina knocked the phone from Victim’s hand. Molina threatened great bodily injury to the Victim if he called the police.

Molina was found to be on Napa County Probation.

Molina and Arthur were arrested and booked at the on suspicion of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, preventing a call to police by interrupting a phone line, dissuading a witness, terrorist threats and conspiracy, with Molina facing an additional charge of violating probation, police said.

Arrest information does not indicate convictions.

I get the same issues on two different computers at different homes as well as my iPad that is logged on anywhere. Pretty sure it is not on my end. There are far too many things that are a step down from previous site. Examples: Can't seperate paragraphs in comments, no "reply" option on comments makes it difficult to know who is responding to whom, itty-bitty profile avatars smaller than a pea, green on everything makes features less distinguishable, on and on.

Why do the Hispanics need their own Chamber Of Commerce? Asians, African-Americans, Caucasians,Read More Indians, and all other races use the same Chamber Of Commerce in unity. The Hispanics are welcome to use it as well. Unless they're promoting their own race above others in the business community. Naw, they wouldn't do anything racist like that, would they?
