Authorities Search Napa River for Possible Drowning Victim
Firefighters, deputies and a Coast Guard helicopter are trying to find a man who fell from the Brazos Bridge while fishing at around 3 a.m. By Bay City News Service.
Updated 7:30 a.m.: A Coast Guard helicopter has joined the search for a missing fisherman whose brother-in-law called authorities to report that the man had fallen from the Brazos Bridge around 3 a.m.

Authorities are searching the Napa River after reports of a possible drowning early this morning, according to a CalFire dispatcher.

The possible drowning was reported to CalFire a short time before 3 a.m. in the Napa River near the Brazos Bridge in Napa, a dispatcher said.
Fire and sheriff's crews continued the search as of 4:30 a.m.
