Naked Man Reported at Expo

The subject got dressed and was riding away on his bicycle when police arrived.

The witness pointed the subject out and he was contacted. He was identified as PAZ, Benjamin (44 years/Napa).
Paz displayed signs of being under the influence of a narcotic and was taken into custody.
During the contact, Paz attempted to conceal/destroy a small amount of suspected methamphetamine in a baggy by swallowing it but was not able to.
Paz was booked at the for possession of a controlled substance, resisting/delaying an officer and being under the influence of a narcotic, according to police.
