Murder Victim ID'd After Autopsy
He had been reported missing earlier this month, according to Napa police.

On 9/21/11, at 1600 hours, the Napa Police Department developed information that a possible dead body was located on the property of 2300 block of Napa Vallejo Highway in Napa.
Officers responded to the location, searched the area and located a deceased male.

An autopsy confirmed the deceased as Juvenal Gallegos, Age 33, of Napa. Gallegos had been reported as a missing person since 9/12/11.
Evidence obtained through the investigation led to the arrest of Daniel Flores, age 22, of Napa.

Flores was arrested for Murder, Robbery, and Intentional and Personal Discharge of a Firearm resulting in Death. Flores was booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections.
The investigation is still ongoing and no other information is available at this time.
