Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Road to Berryessa

A motorcyclist died at a Napa hospital today after a solo crash in Napa County, a California Highway Patrol office said.

The crash on state Highway 121 near Wooden Valley Road outside of Napa was reported at about 10:20 a.m., Officer Marc Johnston said.

The victim was transported to and was pronounced dead at Queen of the Valley Medical Center, Johnston said.

Information regarding the person's identity and the cause of the crash was not immediately available.
