Update: Final Fugitive Arrested
With the re-arrest of Kelsey Lyn Patterson this week, all of the fugitives listed by Napa Valley Crime Stoppers April 12 have been arrested or had their warrants recalled, according to updates from the Napa County Sheriff's Office.

Sought for felony failure to comply with a court order on possession of a narcotic controlled substance, Kelsey Lyn Patterson is described as a 20-year-old white female, 5’5”, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
