Man Jailed for Threats to Domestic Violence Victim

A 30-year-old Napa man was arrested Monday, three days after a woman told police he had been threatening her, according to a shift activity log released by the :
On 10/14/11 the female victim contacted the Napa Police Department and made allegations that Arturo Galicia (6/22/81) of Napa was making threats to harm her while at a residence in the 1200 Block of Main Street.
Galicia is on probation from a prior domestic violence charge and the victim is listed as a protected party as part of the probation terms.

The victim further alleged Galicia made numerous threats towards her from 10/14-10/16/11 after he found out she contacted the police.
Galicia was finally located on 10/17/11 while driving on Jefferson near Sheridan. His vehicle was stopped and he was placed under arrest.
