Man, 29, Arrested for Meth Downtown

Police say he was passed out drunk and had methamphetamine, all in violation of his probation. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

 

A 29-year-old Napa man was arrested Tuesday evening on suspicion of public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance, and violation of probation after he passed out from intoxication on a downtown street, according to a shift activity log from the :

On 5-8-12 at approximately 1658 hours, officers responded to the area of Second Street at Wilson concerning a drunk subject passed out on the sidewalk.

Upon contact, the subject was identified as Michael Gulley (29). Gulley had objective signs of intoxication and was unable to care for himself.

Gulley was placed under arrest for public intoxication. During a search of his person, Gulley was found to be in possession of a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine.
