Hospital Visitor Arrested for Threats, Police Say

The Sunday-morning arrest at Queen of the Valley followed a previous incident in which the suspect threatened the victim with a gun, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

An American Canyon man visiting a patient at at 9:30 a.m. Sunday was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats, according to a shift activity log released by the :

QVH security called to report an unwanted subject, Fernando Borrayo 47 years American Canyon resident, who was visiting a patient. 

Upon contact with the victim, it was determined the suspect had previously threatened the victim that he would kill her and displayed a gun at the time of the threat.

The suspect came to the hospital uninvited and the victim was still in sustained fear from the previous threat. 

The suspect was arrested for the previous threat. No gun was found.
