Home, Outbuildings Destroyed in Wildfire

Evacuations have been lifted, according to the Sheriff's Office. By Bay City News Service.

One house has been destroyed, as have several other structures, in a wildfire that continues to burn in Napa County this morning, a Cal Fire
battalion chief said.

The blaze was reported around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday night near Silverado Trail at Soda Canyon Road and Loma Vista Drive.

Evacuations on those roads have been lifted this morning, according to the .

Loma Vista Drive remains closed. All other area roads have reopened, according to the sheriff's office.

Battalion Chief Pete Munoa said about 90 acres have burned and the fire is 50 percent contained.

Multiple outbuildings have been destroyed in the fire along with a home in the area, Munoa said.

No injuries have been reported.

Crews battled the grassfire throughout the night and into the morning, Munoa said.
