This just in from the Napa Police Department:
"We have received numerous complaints about the helicopters above the Expo.
"These are not affiliated with the event and they are not law enforcement helicopters.
"Law enforcement was not able to secure a flight restriction for the area from the FAA so we cannot control their activity.
"If you can identify which news agency the helicopters belong to you can contact them directly and let them know your feelings."
