An alarm sounding at a Napa gas station led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man on suspicion of burglary early Wednesday, according to a shift activity log from the :
On 08/08/12 about 0110 hours NPD Officers were dispatched to the in the 2800 block of 1st. St. regarding an intrusion alarm.
Upon the Officers arrival, they noticed the front glass door was shattered. Responding Officers detained the suspect, Miguel Angel Guerra 21 years old, in the area.
Video surveillance showed Guerra in the business and other evidence at the scene linked him to the burglary. Guerra was placed under arrest and booked at .
