Gang Teen Jailed in Meth Sales Bust

A 17-year-old gang member and a 30-year-old man, both locals, were arrested on suspicion of drug offenses during separate probation searches in Vallejo and Napa, according to the Napa police unit that focuses on drug dealers.

The ’s , which targets drug dealers, last week made two arrests involving suspected methamphetamine, according to a shift activity log from the police department:

On 4/12/12, at approximately 1300 hours, Napa PD’s S.E.U. conducted a probation search in the 200 block of Cimarron Drive in Vallejo.

During the search, a 17 year old male from Napa was located and was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine for sales.

The suspect was also a documented gang member and in violation of his probation.

The youth was arrested and booked at the on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sales and violation of probation, according to the police log.

Friday, police arrested 30-year-old Justin Neal Harris of Napa, according to the log:

On 4/13/12, at approximately 2230 hours, Napa PD’s Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) conducted a probation search near the 10-block of Walnut Lane.

Harris was subject to search and seizure, and Officers found a useable amount of suspected methamphetamine at the residence.

Harris was booked at the , police said.
