Fugitives Caught, Warrants Recalled in Napa County

Three Napa County men have been arrested and two have had their warrants recalled by the court, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office.

The following names have been dropped from the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers wanted list, according to arrest and court information from the Napa County Sheriff's Office:

  • Listed in October as , 47, was arrested Dec. 1.
  • Listed in August as wanted for failure to appear on a charge of possessing a narcotic controlled substance with prior prison enhancement, Frank Louie Esquibel, 42, was arrested by the Yolo County Sheriff’s Department on Nov. 19 and his warrant was recalled following his posting bail on Nov. 29. Esquibel was earlier listed as wanted in April and arrested a few days later. 
  • Listed in November as wanted for felony probation violation and false imprisonment, Donald James Owens was arrested Dec. 1.
  • The warrant for Antonio Valdez Rodriguez, 18, was recalled by the Napa Superior Court Dec. 3.
