Fugitives Arrested; Warrants Recalled

Three more names have been dropped from the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers most-wanted list.

According to the :

  • Joshua James Bagg was arrested Dec. 16 on felony burglary warrants.
  • Steven Tomas Hubbard was arrested Dec. 17 for felony failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance, bringing a controlled substance into jail, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.
  • The warrants for Allen Dale Epperson have been recalled.

Their names have been dropped from the wanted list issued by .
