Napa Fugitives Added to Crime Stoppers List

Tips can be made by calling the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-450-9543 or texting to 274637 with NVCS at the beginning of the tip.

 

The following fugitives have been added to the list of those sought by , which offers no-questions-asked cash rewards for anonymous tips leading to arrests:

Wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance, Carlos Hernandez is described as a 21-year-old Hispanic male, 5’10”, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance, Brendan Moore is described as a 25-year-old white male, 6’1”, 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Updated June 11: Moore has been arrested, according to the .

Wanted on two felony counts for domestic violence, spousal battery, violating a court order, grand theft, false imprisonment and vandalism, Sonny Deloy Roe is described as a 37-year-old white male, 5’9”, 245 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance, Diana Socrates Parras is described as a 42-year-old white female, 5’”, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Updated June 25: As the result of a tip, , according to the sheriff's office.
