Fugitive Wanted for Failing to Comply With Court Order Arrested

A woman listed by Napa Valley Crime Stoppers in July as a fugitive wanted for felony crime has been arrested, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.

Martha Ann Chistensen, 55, was arrested for felony failure to comply with a court order and for possession of a controlled substance, officials said.
