FUGITIVE FRIDAY: Police Seek Suspects

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers is seeking information on the following Napa County fugitives. Tips can be made by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-450-9543 or texting to 274637 with NVCS at the beginning of the tip.
Joseph Erick Monge
White male, 27, 5'1", 135 lbs., brown hair and eyes, wanted for felony assault with a deadly weapon (3 counts), criminal street gang participation and enhancement, assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury and carrying a concealed weapon.
Vincent Anthony Mitchell
White male, 39, 6'2", 250 lbs., bald, blue eyes, wanted for felony contempt of court for domestic violence with injury and elder abuse.
Mari Lou Rubel
White female, 56, 5'3", 138 lbs., red/brown hair, blue eyes, wanted for felony probation violation for petty theft with prior jail term.
Jose Alberto Sosa Mendoza
Hispanic male, 21, 5'9", 210 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony probation violation for DUI with excess blood alcohol count and fighting in public.
Nicolas Villalobos Olivera
Hispanic male, 40, 5'7", 160 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, wanted for a murder warrant from a 2004 St. Helena Police Department case.
Travis James Wilkinson
White male, 30, 5'10", 175 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony probatopm violation for vehicle theft and reckless driving.
