Napa Valley Crime Stoppers, a nonprofit agency in Napa County, offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 for tips leading to arrests and convictions.
If you have information on the following suspects, tips can be made by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-450-9543 or texting to 274637 with NVCS at the beginning of the tip.
--Frank Flores Foster
Hispanic male, 24, 5'9", 145 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony probation violation for possession of stolen property, and prior prison enhancement
--Kenneth Wayne Halstead
White male, 49, 5'9", 160 lbs., brown hair, blue eyes, wanted for felony violation of post release supervision
--Jesus Matinez Agudo
Hispanic male, 28, 5'8", 125 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony contempt of court for possession of narcotic controlled substance and DUI
