Fugitive Friday Update: Warrant Recalled

Warrant recalled for Charish Irene Tofte.

A warrant was recalled Wednesday for Charish Irene Tofte. She had been wanted for felony contempt of court for possession of controlled substance without a prescription and controlled substance paraphernalia.

Michael Joseph Wynn was arrested by the Napa Police Department on Sunday. Wynn was wanted for felony contempt of court for grand theft.

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers is seeking information on the whereabouts of five fugitives.

Tips can be made by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-450-9543 or texting to 274637 with NVCS at the beginning of the tip.

The following fugitives are wanted by police:

--Justin Thomas Kent: white male, 23, 5'8", 140 lbs., brown hair, hazel eyes, wanted for felony probation violation for resist/obstruct executive officer and grand theft.

--Charish Irene Tofte: white female, 27, 5'7", 130 lbs., blonde hair, hazel eyes, wanted for felony contempt of court for possession of controlled substance without a prescription and controlled substance paraphernalia.

--Gonzalo Tullos Villanueva: Hispanic male, 38, 5'10", 150 lbs., brown hair, blue eyes, wanted for felony failure to appear while on felony bail and committing a felony while out on bail or own recognizance.

--Sandra Jean Warren: black female, 49, 5'7", 200 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony failure to appear for petty theft with prior jail term.

--Michael Joseph Wynn: white male, 45, 5'9", 225 lbs., brown hair, green eyes, wanted for felony contempt of court for grand theft.
