Fugitive Friday Update: 2 Suspects Arrested

UPDATE: 10:10 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2013.

Napa Police Department arrested Ashley Dawn Finch and Ian James O'Connor on Thursday, March 28.

Finch had been wanted for felony failure to comply with court order / burglary, sale of access card with intent to defraud, with prior enhancements, but the warrant had been recalled on March 5. No information was available as to any new warrant.

O'Connor had been wanted for felony failure to appear on burglary charges.

UPDATE: 10:30 pm Tuesday, March 5, 2013.

UPDATE: 2 p.m. , Tuesday, March 5, 2013.

William Tro Adkins was arrested Feb. 28 by Napa CHP. He was wanted for felony probation failure to appear / vandalism. The arrest and subsequent report apparently took place after the Napa Crime Stoppers alert was sent out on Feb. 28, and published the next day.

The following five suspects are wanted by Napa Valley Crime Stoppers for various felony offenses. They are all Napa County residents.

They are:

--Jodi Ann Downing, 38

White female, 5'6" tall, 150 lbs., brown hair, blue eyes, wanted for felony probation violation, transportation of controlled subtances.

--William Troy Adkins, 62

White male, 5'9" tall, 100 lbs, blond hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony probation failure to appear / vandalism.

--Ashley Dawn Finch, 29

White female, 5'4" tall, 148 lbs, brown hair, green eyes, wanted for felony failure to comply with court order / burglary, sale of access card with intent to defraud, with prior enhancements.

--William Harold McBride, 50

White male, 5'8" tall, 145 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony possession of controlled substance and drug paraphrenalia, with prior felony conviction enhancement. 

--Michael A. Sharp, 29

White male, 5'10", 150 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, felony violation of mandatory supervision / receiving stolen property.
