DONALD JAMES OWENS, 25, of Napa, is wanted for felony probation violation and false imprisonment. He is described as a white male, 5'10'', weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Updated: Owens was arrested Dec. 1, according to the sheriff's office.
CODY JAMES URRUTIA, 19, of Napa County, is described as a Hispanic male, 5'10'', 175 lbs., with black hair and eyes. He's wanted for felony violation of parole and transportation of a controlled substance. Updated Nov. 20: Urrutia's warrant has been recalled, according to the sheriff's office.
