Fugitive Friday: Have You Seen These Faces?

Five new additions to the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers list of wanted fugitives. Cash rewards are offered in exchange for anonymous tips leading to arrests.

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers, an Upvalley nonprofit that works with the Napa County Sheriff's Office and local media to combat crime in Napa County, is offering no-questions-asked cash rewards for anonymous tips leading to the arrests of fugitives on its wanted list.

The following five fugitives were last known to live in Napa County:

Wanted for felony failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, Deryl Edward Binstock is described as a white male, born 09-23-1953, 6’, 160, with blond hair and blue eyes. Updated Jan. 16: Binstock has been arrested, according to the sheriff's office.

Wanted for felony violation of probation for possession of a controlled substance, Jenica Annette Hastings is described as a white female, born 04-02-1993m 5’”, 112, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Wanted for felony violation of probation for forging or altering a narcotic prescription, Jasmine Jaime, alias Jasmine Deluna, is described as a Hispanic female, born 04-14-1980, 5’2”, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Updated Jan. 16: Jaime's warrant has been recalled, according to the sheriff's office.

Wanted for felony failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, providing false information to a peace officer and three counts of prior prison enhancement, John Joseph Leonard is described as a white male, 5’7”, 160, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Wanted for felony burglary, receiving stolen property and forgery, with a prior prison enhancement, Antonio Casimiro Simi is described as a Hispanic male, 5’5”, 169, with black hair and brown eyes. Updated Jan. 16: Simi has been arrested, according to the sheriff's office.

Tips can be made by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-450-9543 or texting to 274637 with NVCS at the beginning of the tip.
