FUGITIVE FRIDAY UPDATE: Suspect Arrested, Again

Jenica Annette Hastings taken into custody.

UPDATE: Thursday, March 21, 2013.

Jenica Annete Hastings was arrested Wednesday by American Canyon Police Department.  She had been wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Hastings was previously arrested by Napa Police Department on Dec. 6.

The following four people have been added to the wanted list maintained by Napa Valley Crime Stoppers, which offers no-questions-asked cash rewards for anonymous tips leading to arrests. All were last known to live in Napa County:

Wanted for felony assault with a deadly weapon, Anthony Keith Byrum is described as a white male, born 02-11-1989, 6’, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, Jenica Annette Hastings is described as a white female, born 04-02-1994, 5’1”, 112 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Updated Dec. 10: Hastings was arrested by the Napa PD Dec. 6, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office.

Wanted for felony evading with a prior prison enhancement, Tiffany Louise Mount is described as a white female, born 12-13-1983, 5’1”, 115 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Updated Jan. 2, 2013: Mount was arrested Dec. 23, according to the sheriff's office.

Wanted for felony probation violation for vandalism, Antonio Valdez Rodriguez is described as a Hispanic male, born 07-02-1994, 5’7”, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Updated Dec. 5: Rodriguez's warrant has been recalled, according to the sheriff's office.
