Fugitive Friday: Five Added to Napa Wanted List

The weekly wanted list from Napa Valley Crime Stoppers includes some familiar faces. If you recognize any of these people, your anonymous tip could earn you a cash reward: Call the 1-800-450-9543 or text to 274637 with NVCS at the beginning.


is offering cash rewards for anonymous tips leading to the arrests of the following men, several of whom have been on the wanted list before:

Wanted for felony false imprisonment, is described as a 43-year-old white male, 5’6”, 165 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. Updated June 25: , according to the .

Dickey was also named to the as wanted for felony violation of probation for false imprisonment, according to the Crime Stoppers bulletin. He was arrested a few days later.

In 2009, according to a police report in the , Dickey was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery after a woman told police he had shoved her to the floor and pulled her hair, injuring her back.

Wanted for felony theft by using access card, Charles Faulkenbery is described as a 51-year-old white male, 5’8”, 165 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Wanted for felony assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence, Eduardo Paniagua is described as a 21-year-old Hispanic male, 5’9”, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Paniagua was arrested June 15, according to the .

Wanted for felony marijuana sales and resisting arrest, is described as a 25-year-old Hispanic male, 5’10”, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Thompson was  and arrested in Sacramento in May.

The charges stem from a in which police said Thompson fled after a traffic stop on Freeway Drive and had a large amount of marijuana when they caught up with him.
