Fugitive Friday Update: Warrants Recalled

UPDATE: 12 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2013.

Warrants were recalled Monday for Thomas Michael Flores and Mitchell Manley.

Flores had been wanted on suspicion of felony contempt of court on transporting/selling narcotic/controlled substance.

Manley had been wanted for felony failure to appear/sale of marijuana, transportation of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, commit felony while on bail and possession of burglary tools.

UPDATE: 11:30 a.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013.

Dennis Eric Davenport, who was wanted on suspicion of felony probation violation on grand theft from a person, was arrested by Napa Police Department on Feb. 27.

UPDATE: 11:55 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013.

Tracy Wayne Fowler, who was listed in Fugitive Friday as being wanted on suspicion of felony probation violation on obstructing or resisting an executive officer, has been arrested, according to an update from Napa Valley Crime Stoppers.

According to the update, Fowler is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail in Elk Grove and is pending transportation to Napa County Department of Corrections.

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers, an Upvalley nonprofit that works with the Napa County Sheriff's Office and local media to combat crime in Napa County, is offering no-questions-asked cash rewards for anonymous tips leading to the arrests of fugitives on its wanted list. The following five fugitives were last known to live in Napa County:

--Dennis Eric Davenport, white maile, 52, 5'11", 165 lbs, brown hair, hazel eyes, wanted on suspicion of felony probation violation on grand theft from a person.

--Joshua Raymond Fitzgerald, white male, 23, 5'6", 170lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wanted on suspicion of felony probation violation on transporting controlled substance.

--Thomas Michael Flores, Hispanic male, 23, 5'11", 160 lbs, brown hair and eyes, wanted on suspicion of felony contempt of court on transporting/selling narcotic/controlled substance.

--Tracy Wayne Fowler,  white male, 47, 6', 210 lbs., brown hair, hazel eyes, wanted on suspicion of felony probation violation on obstructing or resisting an executive officer.

--Randy Michael Vieu, white male, 27, 6'2", 280 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wanted on suspicion of felony probation violation on vandalism and committing a felony while on bail.
