Wanted for felony violation of probation for possessing a controlled substance, Ceasar Justino Flores is described as a Hispanic male, born 01-05-1966, 6 feet, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Wanted for felony failure to comply with a court order for possessing a controlled substance and resisting arrest, Augustin Borrayo Martinez was arrested in Napa Dec. 7, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office.
Wanted for felony violation of post-release supervision, Ronald James Rotta, also known as Ronald James Ratto, is described as a white male, born 07-02-1957, 5’8”, 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Updated Jan. 22, 2013: Rotta/Ratto was arrested by the Vallejo Police Department on Jan. 18, according to the sheriff's office.
