Fugitive Arrested, Sheriff's Office Says

David Dickey has been taken into custody. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

was back in custody this week.

The 42-year-old Napa man was named to the ' list of fugitives Jan. 26. He was wanted for felony violation of probation for false imprisonment, according to the Crime Stoppers bulletin.

The Napa County Sheriff's Office reported Dickey's arrest Wednesday.

In 2009, according to a police report in the , Dickey was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery after a woman told police he had shoved her to the floor and pulled her hair, injuring her back.
