Flasher Stalks Napa Seniors, Police Say

In separate reports over the past month, three elderly Napa women told police a young Hispanic man exposed his genitals to them inside or near the Rohlff's Manor senior living complex. Napa police are circulating a description of the suspect.

Napa police are looking for a young man who reportedly exposed his genitals to elderly women on at least three occasions over the past month, most recently Sunday afternoon.

According to a bulletin from Capt. Jeff Troendly of the Napa Police Department:

On 10/21/12 at approximately 1300 hours, an elderly female victim reported a male in his early 20’s 5-08 to 5-10 with an olive complexion and short dark slicked back hair wearing a “Nehru” style jacket spoke to her as they both were walking inside the Rohlff’s Manor complex. He called to her politely and directed her attention to his exposed genitalia.

On 9/22/12 about 1715 hours and 9/23/12 about 1257 hours a male suspect exposed himself to two separate elderly female victims in the area of W. Pueblo Ave./ Baywood Ln. (Rohlff's Manor).

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, olive skinned, teenage to early 20’s, 509-511, thin build, short crew cut style dark hair, clean shaven, no accent, wearing athletic style clothing. The suspect was also wearing white ear bud style headphones during both incidents.
