Fight Results in Drug Arrests

Napa police say an argument in the street resulted in the arrest of an intoxicated 25-year-old man on suspicion of cocaine possession. One of his friends was also jailed on a drug warrant, according to this police report.

Two men were booked at the early Sunday morning after an argument brought them to the attention of police, according to a shift activity log from the :

At about 1 AM Officers responded to the area of Brown Street and Pueblo Avenue due to a report of an altercation.

Jorge Contreras Bravo 03-13-87 was located in the area. It was determined that he and his friends had been arguing.

He had obvious signs of intoxication and was unable to care for himself. He was taken into custody.

He was found in possession of suspected Cocaine a Felony charge. He was booked at NCDC.

Another man, 27-year-old Joel Hernandez, was also arrested on a local warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance, according to the police log.
