A dump truck pulling a cement mixer trailer lost its load this afternoon shortly after 1:15pm.
For unknown reasons, the trailer became disconnected with the dump truck and overturned into the middle of the intersection of Highway 221 at Napa Valley Corporate Way.
The left lane of northbound traffic was temporarily closed to allow Caltrans to clean up the cement and the trailer to be uprighted.
