DUI, Child Endangerment Alleged in Napa Man's Arrest
Vincent DeDomenico, 54, was driving under the influence with children in his vehicle and his license had been suspended for a prior DUI, Napa police said. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
A tip from another motorist led to the arrest of a 54-year-old Napa man on suspicion of DUI, driving with a suspended license and child endangerment, according to an arrest summary from the City of Napa Police Department:
On 11/8/2012 at approximately 1233 hours, a citizen notified Napa Central Dispatch that they were following a DUI driver in a white Chevy Suburban westbound on West Imola Ave. at Coombs St.
The citizen indicated the Suburban was weaving all over the road and was driving in and out of the bike lane. The citizen continued to follow the erratic driven Suburban until an Officer arrived and made a car stop on SR12 at Los Carneros.

The driver was contacted and identified as Vincent DeDomenico (54 yrs. of Napa). DeDomenico was determined to be impaired while driving and was taken into custody.
In the vehicle with DeDomenico were two 14 year old juveniles. Officers also learned that DeDomenico’s driver’s license was suspended for a prior DUI.

DeDomenico was transported and booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections.
