On 4/29/12 NPD Officer were dispatched to a report of an child left unattended in the pool of an apartment complex in the 1200 Block of Walnut St. Upon arrival it was determined that the 6 yr old victim was left in the care of Robin Beth Hadley (3/17/82) of Napa. Hadley was highly intoxicated and left the child unattended in a swimming pool. Hadley was located by the police in the apartment complex and was arrested after she regained consciousness.
