Driver, 23, Arrested for Third DUI

By Bay City News Service.

A 23-year-old Napa woman who was pulled over early Friday morning in Petaluma for talking on a cellphone while driving was then arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence - for the third time in two years, police said.

Officers stopped Jamie Allen at 12:51 a.m. at 175 Fairgrounds Drive for allegedly driving while on a cellphone. Officers noticed she appeared to be drunk and she told the officer she had been drinking at two bars in town and felt a buzz.

An officer conducted a DUI investigation and allegedly determined she was under the influence of alcohol and she was arrested.
