Downed Power Lines Cause Traffic Havoc on Hwy 29 in Napa
Downed power lines in Napa caused extensive traffic delays in both directions of state Highway 29 Tuesday evening, sheriff's deputies said.
The downed lines were reported in the road at about 7:30 p.m. and blocked traffic between Lincoln Avenue and First Street until shortly before 9 p.m., according to deputies.
Drivers can expect residual delays through Tuesday night, deputies said.
