Napa Police officers responded to two incidents of domestic violence early Sunday morning.

Napa Police officers began Sunday morning responding to two separate incidents of domestic violence.

Here's the scoop from the NPD:

On 09/09/12 about 0235 hours NPD Officers responded to a call of an assault in the 1600 block of B St. Upon arrival the Officers learned the suspect, David Ross Owen 22 years old of Napa, went to the victim’s residence uninvited. He got into an argument with the victim, held her down and poured water on her.  He also pushed the victim’s friend (victim #2).  When the victims told Owen’s they were calling the police, he took both of their phones and threw them into the wall, preventing them from calling the police. Owens was located on foot in the area and arrested. He was transported to NCDC and booked.
