Dixon Man Held For Sexual Assault in Yountville

Napa County Sheriff's Office arrests 30-year-old male spa employee.

A 30-year-old Dixon man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault after a Napa County Sheriff's Office investigation identified him as a suspect in an April 13 incident at a spa in Yountville.

Elbrick Pasayes Albizures, a.k.a.Elbrick Pasayes Jr. was taken into custody Thursday, April 18, after the general manager of a Yountville inn reported that a woman said she had been sexually assaulted by a male masseur on April 13.

 The adult female was contacted and said that she had been sexually assaulted by a male spa employee while visiting a Yountville spa on the afternoon of April 13, said Napa County Sheriff's Capt. Tracey Stuart.  The victim identified the man who sexually assaulted her as Elbrick Pasayes Albizures.

Stuart said Napa Sheriff’s detectives initiated an investigation, gathered evidence and contacted witnesses. 

Detectives contacted and interviewed Albizures, and concluded that he committed a sexual assault during the victim’s scheduled massage appointment.

Detectives consulted with the Napa District Attorney’s Office and later obtained an arrest warrant for Albizures.

On April 18 at approximately 2:30 p.m., detectives located Albizures at a residence in Vallejo, arrested and booked him into Napa County’s Detention Center on the following felony sexual assault charges: forcible rape, two counts of sexual penetration by force and sexual battery by restraint.
