Updated Jan. 30: Crispin Vasquez Garcia, 29, was arrested Jan. 30 by U.S. Border Control agents in San Diego, authorities said. He was wanted for felony failure to comply and possession of a controlled substance.

Casey Lee Burris was arrested by Napa police Jan. 13, according to the sheriff's office. He was wanted for felony auto theft and receiving stolen property.

Updated Jan. 11: Dennis Eric Davenport was arrested today, according to the City of Napa Police Department. He was wanted for felony violation of probation for grand theft from a person, according to .

Updated Jan. 10: Charles Frank Burgess was arrested today, according to the . He was wanted for felony failure to appear, possession of marijuana for sale, committing a felony while on bail and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Burgess's name had appeared on two most-wanted lists from Napa Valley Crime Stoppers, a private nonprofit that offers no-questions-asked cash rewards for anonymous tips leading to arrests.

The following people remain on the Crime Stoppers most-wanted list:

Roberto Zarae Cazares is described as a 35-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for felony failure to comply with a court order and possession of a controlled substance.

Crime Stoppers has also been looking for the following people since Dec. 29:

Socorro Gabriela Caudillo, also known as Socorro Caudillo Ramirez, is described as a Hispanic female, born on Sept. 5 in either 1975 or 1976, 5 feet 4 inches, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is wanted for felony perjury and welfare fraud.

Crispin Vasquez Garcia is described as a 29-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for felony failure to comply and possession of a controlled substance.

Gerrit Lee Ingram is described as a 24-year-old white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for felony violation of probation, failure to appear on a felony charge and possession of an illegal weapon.

Victor Ruiz Lueras is described as a 41-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia with a prior prison enhancement.

Jeff Alexander Walton is described as a 22-year-old black male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for felony violation of probation for domestic violence.

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward for information leading to one or more arrests in the case of an rural security gate that was rammed and damaged over the night of Dec. 26-27:

The incident occurred near the west end of Madrona Ave. in St. Helena. 

Little is known about the responsible vehicle except that it may be black in color and appears to have received moderate to major front end damage. 

The metal gate is green in color with reddish brown primer underneath. The responsible vehicle may have one or both of these colors transferred to its damaged area.
